The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Cheap Brent Cross Taxis. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions as detailed in this agreement.

1. Definitions

In this agreement, "Cheap Brent Cross Taxis," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 It is your responsibility to allow sufficient time for your journey, particularly for airport transfers where timely check-in is essential. Cheap Brent Cross Taxis cannot be held responsible for delays caused by your failure to allocate adequate travel time or your unpreparedness for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 You are accountable for choosing a vehicle of appropriate size for both passengers and luggage. Cheap Brent Cross Taxis does not guarantee the accommodation of excessive luggage. Please note that any child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger. Requests for wheelchair access should be made during the booking process.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our pricing is based on the information you provide. All prices, unless otherwise specified, exclude VAT, which will be added if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant itinerary changes.

3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and the cost of airport parking. Any waiting time exceeding this will be subject to the standard Cheap Brent Cross Taxis waiting rate. While we will make efforts to adjust our service for flight delays, this is not a mandatory obligation.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure accuracy. Failure to notify Cheap Brent Cross Taxis of any errors may result in delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payments for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any passenger-caused soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle may result in cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained in the vehicle, considering their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not authorized to carry more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Cheap Brent Cross Taxis, please do so as soon as possible. A cancellation charge may apply if you cancel after dispatch, based on the driver's time and distance to the point of cancellation.

5.2 For bookings made through our online system, a cancellation charge may be imposed if you cancel before dispatch.

6. Liability

6.1 While we make every effort to ensure punctual arrivals, we are not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Cheap Brent Cross Taxis shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will strive to provide an alternative vehicle to continue your journey promptly.

6.4 You will not hold Cheap Brent Cross Taxis liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from the actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death due to negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or other matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if the safety of a vehicle or driver is jeopardized by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Cheap Brent Cross Taxis may subcontract its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 Cheap Brent Cross Taxis may modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Cheap Brent Cross Taxis and you.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefits to third parties. Third parties may not enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.

9. Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be made within 30 days of the scheduled pickup date. Claims and disputes made after this time frame will not be entertained by Cheap Brent Cross Taxis.
